Embroidered white coat

This coat is so fabulous, isn’t it? I bought it on a sale, last February when it was still summer,  so it was on a perfect timing to save it to the winter days. I love the fact that it is white, which recently I’ve been finding it a really sophisticated colour ( specially when it’s a total white outfit), and also the embroidered details, that make it so unique. I wore it already a thousand time this past few days, putting it over a simple outfit, like jeans matched with a t-shirt to this one more chic, in which I’m mixing a floral skirt with a green top.
I wore it to go to best friend’s house and I have to tell one thing, it is impressive the amount of junk food we eat when we get together, we always gossip, gossip, gossip and eat, eat, eat, everythig in the same proportion hahah Something not so fashionable to tell, but let’s face it:  it’s true! I think that a lot of people worry about weight and stuff ( me so included on that),but once in a while it’s allowed to do these things, specially when you are in good company.You just have try in the other days to balance it with some healthy food (at least it is what I’m trying – emphasis on trying- to do hahah)

Esse casaco é tudo, não é? Eu o comprei em uma promoção, em fevereiro enquanto ainda era verão, então foi em um tempo perfeito pra guardar pros dias de inverno.Adoro o fato de ele ser branco,  a qual, ultimamente eu tenho achado uma cor tão sofisticada ( especialmente quando fazem um look total branco), e também os detalhes bordados que o fazem tão único. Eu o usei um milhão de vezes nos últimos dias, colocando ele por cima de um look simples, tipo jeans combinados com uma t-shirt até esse mais chic, no qual eu estou usando uma saia de florzinhas com uma blusa verde.
Eu usei esse look pra ir na casa da minha melhor amiga e eu preciso dizer uma coisa… é impressionante o tanto de besteiras que a gente come quando está juntas, a gente sempre fofoca,fofoca,fofoca e come,come,come, tudo na mesma proporção hahah Algo nada “fashion” de dizer, mas vamos encarar: é a verdade! Eu acho que muita gente se preocupa com o peso e essas coisas ( eu incluídissima nisso) , mas uma vez ou outra é permitido fazer essas coisas, especialmente em boa companhia. Você só tem que tentar balancear nos outros dias com uma comida mais saudável ( pelo menos é o que eu estou tentando – ênfase no tentando- fazer hahah).

Rethinking

A year and a half ago I would say I’d never wear pants and jackets like these ones, but lately I’ve been so into playing the executive! hahah  I can imagine myself working in a big fashion enterprise( dream dream dream)and I’d surely go dressed like this,in my dreams I’d walk like Miranda Priestly from Devil wears Prada, but in my nightmares I’d be with this big high heels and I’d stumble while I “catwalk” in the entrance of the company, a fact that doesn’t stay only in my head, this usually happens to me hahaha (not so fashionable fact, but truth be told, right?).
The executive touch in my outfit is softly broken when I paired it with the white t-shirt, which is so easy to wear, it goes with absolutely everything and further takes away the boredom of the outfit and in my head a dark blue bow headband, I lo-lo-love this one! And I can’t deny that this blue of the pants and jacket is on the top of my favourite ones, reminds me so much of those Tiffany & Co. boxes, I guess this is why I like it so much hahaha

À um ano e meio atrás eu diria que eu não usaria calças e blazer como esses, mas ultimamente eu tenho estado tão afim de “brincar” de executiva! hahah Eu posso me imaginar trabalhando em uma grande empresa fashion ( sonho sonho sonho) e eu com certeza me vestiria assim, nos meus sonhos eu andaria como a Miranda Priestly do Diabo Veste Prada, mas nos meus pesadelos eu estaria com esses saltos gigantes e eu tropeçaria enquanto eu “desfilava” na entrada da companhia, um fato que não fica só na minha cabeça, isso sempre acontece comigo hahah ( um fato nada fashion, mas verdade seja dita, né?)
O ar executivo é suavemente quebrado quando eu combinei com essa t-shirt branca, que é tão fácil de usar, ela vai com tudo  e ainda mais tira o usual do look e na minha cabeça uma headband de laço de um azul mais escuro, eu aaaaamo essa! E eu não posso recusar que esse azul da calça e blazer esta no topo dos meus favoritos, me lembra tanto aquelas caixinhas da Tiffany & Co, acho que é por isso que eu gosto tanto hahah

White and clean

One day it is so damn hot in the other so cold (cold for my Brazilian thermometer at least), I just now that this typical autumn weather swings make me crazy hahah You go out dressed with refreshing clothes but after a feel hours, or minutes you ended up having to put a jacket  or you will freeze, sometimes I prang by going with a lot of layers, sometimes I end up having to carry around coats/jackets in my arms and there are the other days that I simply forget to put layers, hoping that the weather doesn’t change.
This last option was the case of when I wore this outfit, it was airless and hot feeling just like January days, in other words feeling like summer days and I couldn’t think of putting anything over this dress, because of two motives,first and mainly one: the temperature did not seem like if it was gonna go up or down, a fact that led to the second one  I thought that the dress didn’t require anything over , much less a  lot of  details, due to this I decided just to put a tiny earring with little sparkles, some gold rings in fingers and a nude heels. Like this I let the outfit in white scale of colours and a very clean one!
The last thing I have to say is doesn’t this outfit, make me look like a 60’s girl? hahah

 

Um dia está tão quente no outro tão frio( frio para o meu “termometro” brazileiro, pelo menos), só sei que essas mudanças de temperatura tipicas do outono me deixam louca hahah Você sai vestida com roupas frescas, mas depois de algumas horas ou minutos acaba tendo que colocar uma jaqueta ou  você vai congelar, às vezes eu acerto em cheio ao ir com várias camadas, às vezes eu acabo tendo que carregar por aí casacos/ jaquetas nos braços e há outros dias que eu simplesmente esqueço de colocar várias camadas de roupa, esperando que o tempo não mude.
Essa última opção foi o caso de quando eu usei esse look, estava abafado e quente, parecendo dias de janeiro ou seja dias de verão e eu não conseguia pensar em nada pra colocar por cima do vestido, por causa de dois motivos, o primeiro e o principal era que a temperatura não parecia que ia subir ou descer o que levou ao segundo motivo que eu achei que o vestido não requeria nada por cima e muito menos adicionar muitos detalhes, por causa disso eu decidi colocar brincos pequenos, com brilhinhos, alguns anéis de ouro nos dedos e sapatos nude. Desse jeito eu deixei o look em uma escala de cores brancas e bem limpo!

Uma última coisa que eu preciso dizer é que também não acham que esse look me faz parecer uma garota dos anos 60 ? hahah

 

Two watches

One of my lately obsessions are this kind of jackets, that when matched with heels, make you look so sophisticated without you putting up a lot of effort. I have similar versions of these ones in black, blue ( this one is with kind of  candy colour blue),yellow, but the colour that I most have is in cream shades.They are so easy to combine with other clothes, that in the windy but not too cold days you just have to pick up a good top matched with pants or as in this case, a dress , put it over and you will look great.
The dress I chose is in a mullet style, I love dresses like this, although this is already a widespread trend, I still think it looks different in this outfit. I guess it is because of the artistic pattern,with a mix in brown, white and purple colours, that compose a kind of abstract painting. The purple colour which participates in just in details, led me to do a make up in the same shade,  but that wasn’t really dark and not too much obvious.
About the accessories I must say that wearing watches is an ironic thing for a person like me that likes this accessory , but always forget to look what time it is  on them, it is much easier to look in the cell phone hahah . And wearing two watches in the same arm … makes it even more ironic, but this was a something I saw on editorials of my latest Vogue issue and I thought it was so different and yet didn’t look exaggerated, took this as an inspiration to put in this outfit, matching a gold Guess with another silver one.

Uma das minhas obsessões recentes são esses tipo de tallieurs, que quando combinados com salto alto, fazem você ficar sofisticada sem colocar muito esforço. Eu tenho versões parecidas desses em preto, azul ( esse é um azul meio candy colour), amarelo, mas a cor que eu mais tenho é em tons de creme.Eles são tão fáceis de combinar com outras roupas,que nos dias com ventos, mas não tão frios, você pode só pegar uma blusa e calças ou como nesse caso, um vestido, colocá-lo por cima e você estará ótima.
O vestido que eu escolhi é em estilo mullet, eu amo vestidos assim, apesar de ser uma tendência muito espalhada, ainda acho ele fica diferente no look.Acho que é por causa da estampa artistica, em uma mistura de cores marrons, brancas e roxas, que compõem tipo de uma pintura abstrata. A cor roxa que participa apenas nos detalhes,  me levou à fazer uma maquiagem da mesma tonalidade, mas que não ficasse muito escura e nem muito óbvia.
Sobre os acessórios eu preciso dizer que usar relógios é uma coisa irônica par uma pessoa como eu que adora esse, mas sempre esquece de olhar que horas são  nele, é tão mais fácil olhas no celular hahah. E usar dois relógios em um mesmo braço então…  faz ficar ainda mais irônico, mas isso foi algo qeu eu vi em editoriais da minha última revista da Vogue e eu achei tão diferente e ao mesmo tempo não ficava exagerado, usei de inspiração para colocar nesse look, combinando um relógio ouro da Guess com um outro prata.

Picture this

I think that sometimes it is good to stay at home watching a good movie while eating popcorn, but last highlight the word sometimes.I’m one of those that you can give a last minute call, inviting to go out and you will know that my answer will be a big YES and this is exactly what happened yesterday. I thought I would spend my Sunday just at home, relaxing and doing mostly nothing, even though the day outside was extremely beautiful, and then my friend called me for us to go out, but let’s specify this out: it was actually out of town!
Me and my friends went to Atibaia, a country side city near the one we live.Our one day trip main goal was to visit a tourist spot called Pedra Grande, which is a mountain from were you can see the whole city and really admire it, I already went there and the view is so so so incredible, you feel so free and at the same time so small compared to all of that( and one other thing you can do from there is to fly with paragliders, I want so badly to do it  hahah I’m an adventurer :D). But our schedule had to change, due to the road we had to take to go there wasn’t very good conditios and almost all the cars had to go back, yet this didn’t ruin our “little trip”, we stayed in the city, walking in an amazing square, laughing, making fun of each other, enjoy the sun heat and when it started to get dark, we went to have dinner and after it eat some ice cream. It was definitely a really fun day and we have to repeat it over and over again !
For all of this I went with a casual and confortable outfit, a wool skirt with a kind of square pattern, and a  with a top in nude, with little white balls.I like to mix different prints, at first you might think that they won’t look good together but when you try it, they actually do.

Eu acho que às vezes é bom ficar em casa assistindo um bom filme enquanto come pipoca, mas vamos ressaltar às vezes. Eu sou uma daquelas que podem ligar de última hora me chamando pra sair e a minha resposta vai ser um SIM bem grande e foi exatamente isso que aconteceu ontem. Achei que eu ia passar meu domingo em casa, relaxando e fazendo praticamente nada, mesmo sabendo que o dia estava extremamente bonito, e então minha amiga ligou chamando pra sair, mas vamos especificar esse sair: foi sair da cidade!
Eu e meus amigos fomos pra Atibaia, uma cidade de interior perto da que moramos. O objetivo da nossa viagem de um dia, era visitar um ponto turístico chamado Pedra Grande,que é uma montanha da onde você pode ver a cidade inteira e realmente admirá-la,  eu já fui lá e a vista é tão tão tão incrível, você se sente tão livre e ao mesmo tempo tão pequena comparado à tudo aquilo ( e uma outra coisa que você pode fazer de lá é pular de paragliders, eu quero tanto fazer isso hahah sou uma aventureira :D). Mas nossa programação teve que mudar, por causa da estrada qeu não estava em boas condições e quase todos os carros estavam tendo que voltar, porém isso não arruinou nossa “pequena viagem” , nós ficamos na cidade, andando em uma praça linda, rindo, fazendo graça um do outro, aproveitando o calor do sol e quando começou a ficar escuro, fomos jantar e depois tomar  sorvete. Foi definitivamente um dia muito divertido, temos que repetir isso de novo e de novo!
Para tudo isso eu fui com um look casual e confortável: uma saia de lã como uma estampa de quadrados e uma blusa nude, com pequenas bolinhas brancas. Eu gosto de misturar estampas diferentes, primeiro você pode pensar que elas não vão ficar bem juntas, mas quando experimenta, elas ficam.

Sister bonding

Here are my look of the day photos!
As I told you here,I went today to have lunch with my sister, near her work.We ate a lot, really a lot hahah. It was good, we talked about many things, about the future,  dreamed a little.It was really good to enforce our sister bond. Loved it!

Como eu contei pra vocês aqui, eu fui almoças hoje com a minha irmã, perto do trabalho dela.Nós comemos muito, muito mesmo hahah.Foi muito bom, falamos sobre muitas coisa, sobre o futuro, sonhamos um pouco.Foi muito bom para aumentar os nossos laços como irmãs.Amei!
