The Brazilian Switzerland

A few days ago I went to one city that I really really love to go on the winter time (besides the coldness we face… I’m not a big fan of becoming a pinguim hahah): Campos do Jordão, which is known as the Brazilian Switzerland, I’ve never been to this country, but when you arrive in Campos you can already notice a really different scenery from what we see in Sao Paulo. You can feel an European breeze, I think that’s because of the architecture of the houses, the nature, and adding to this the extremely cold weather.
We arrived at the lunch time, so after eating at a delicious restaurant, we spent the day “discovering” the city and of course I took a large amount of pictures of the very cute houses, of Água das Pratas waterfall,well, of everything.
And ooh, almost forgot to mention! Me and Desi took the risks and went ice skating… of course we had some really big falls, we even have a thousand videos to remind us of each fall hahah Shame on us! And at the end of the day we had to had drink a hot chocolate as a reward for the falls and to keep us warm, cuz the temperature kept going down, down, down.

 

Há alguns dias atrás eu fui à uma das cidades que eu mais aaaamo  de verdade de ir no inverno ( apesar do frio que a gente enfrenta… não sou muito fã de virar um pinguim hahah ): Campos do Jordão, que é conhecida como a Suíça Brasileira, nunca fui pra esse país, mas quando você chega em campos, você nota um cenário bem diferente do que vê em São Paulo. Da pra sentir um arzinho europeu ,acho que é por causa da arquitetura das casas, da natureza  e adicionando a isso o frio de faz lá.
Nós chegamos na hora do almoço, e depois de comer em um restaurante delicioso,passamos o dia “descobrindo” a cidade e é claro que tirei um monte de fotos das casas fofinhas, da cachoeira Água das Pratas, enfim de tudo.
E aaah, quase esqueci de falar! Eu e a Desi, aceitamos os riscos e andamos de patins no gelo… é claro, tivemos umas quedas muuuito grande, temos vários vídeos  pra nos lembrar de cada uma, que vergonha! Ao fim do dia tivemos que tomar chocolate quente, como uma recompensa pelos tombos e também pra nos manter quente, porque a temperatura continuava caindo, caindo, caindo.

From Brazil: Pat Bo

The last post of this tag was about the brand Patrícia Bonaldi , in this one I will tell you about Pat Bo, which is recent brand designed by the same stylist but with a different concept. Pat Bo has a casual style, to dress an urban woman, but with a fashion characteristic  for the ones who are tuned in this field. The winter 2013 fashion show was a few days ago and it was inspired a antique circus, you can notice a lot of sequined clothes, structured blazers, transparences, total black outfits with gold details, tropical prints and the pink came like a pop of colour!

O último post dessa tag foi sobre a marca Patrícia Bonaldi,  neste eu vou contar pra vocês sobre a Pat Bo, que é uma marca recente criada pela mesma estilista mas com um conceito diferente. Pat Bo tem um estilo mais casual , para vestir uma mulher urbana, mas com uma característica fashion, àquelas que são atenadas nesse campo. O desfile de inverno 2013 aconteceu alguns dias atrás e foi inspirado em um circo antigo, você pode notar muitas roupas brilhosas, blazers estruturados, transparências, looks total black com detalhes dourados, estampas tropicais e o rosa veio como uma explosão de cor!

Flowers and more flowers

A comfy and easy look, composed by a maxi skirt, embraced by a flowery belt. As the colour that highlights is orange, I chose a bag to match with it, I love this one,there is space to everything inside it. I think it was the perfect look for a afternoon spent walking. Um look confortável e fácil, composto por uma maxi skirt, envolvida por um cinto florido. From Brazil : Patrícia Bonaldi

I got to know this brand “Patrícia Bonaldi”  I think that an year ago by seeing pics in the blog Garotas Estúpidas.The brand is specialized in party dresses and I simply love it, because the clothes gather everything I like in outfits, sensuality with a romantic touch, which is given by the elements of the garment, such as the fabric used or its silhouette. The stylist has been attracting recognition either nationally and internationally, so as I like this brand so much, I decided to show you my preferred looks of it!

Eu conheci essa marca “Patrícia Bonaldi” eu acho que um ano atrás através de ver fotos no blog Garotas Estúpidas.Ela é especializada em vestidos de festa e eu simplisemnte a amo, porque as roupas dela reunem tudo que eu gosto em looks, a sensualidade com um toque romântico,o qual é dado por elementos das peças, tanto como o tecido usado quanto pela silhueta. A estilista vem atraindo reconhecimento tanto nacional, quanto internacional, então como eu gosto muito desta marca , eu decidi mostar pra vocês os meus looks preferidos dela!

Visiting Pinacoteca

The pics of the look I posted on Sunday ( you can see it here) were taken in front of Pinacoteca ,actually I was going to Sala São Paulo to take the photos, but when we arrived there it was closed… and in the track to go to there , when we went by Pinacoteca and I fell in love with the classic style of this place, so we decided go there. We were just going to take some photos and leave,  but we ended up going in there and  getting to know this tourist place of Sao Paulo, and I wanted to show you how is it through photos.
Pinacoteca is a visual arts museum with emphasis on brazilian production in the 19th century until now. I’m going to be honest with you, I don’t like paintings and none of these arts stuff, but I liked going there because of the stunning architecture of the place, so it was worth the visit.

As fotos que eu postei no domingo ( podem vê-las aqui ) foram tiradas em frente à Pinacoteca, na verdade eu ia para a Sala São Paulo para tirar as fotos, mas quando chegamos lá estava fechada … e no meio do  meio do caminho para ir pra lá, passamos pela pinacotece e eu me apaxonei pelo estilo clássico do lugar, então decidimos ir pra lá. Nós só iamos tirar as fotos e ir embora, mas acabamos entrando e conhecendo esse lugar turístico de São Paulo, e eu queria mostrar pra vocês como é através de fotos.
A Pinacoteca é museu de artes visuais com ênfase na produção brasileira do século XIX até agora. Vou ser honesta com vocês… eu não gosto de pinturas e nenhuma dessas coisas de artes, mas gostei de ir lá pela arquitetura maravilhosa  do lugar, então valeu a visita.

Introducing you to Mercadão

This week I’m enjoying all I can before my classes start, as well as my mother wants to, because she will be back to work next week.So we decided to go to Mercadão,  a place in the center of the city, where you can find different cheeses, wines, condiments, well everything that has to do with cooking(actually, I also found an accessories store and another souveniers one).
It is funny we went there, because I don’t know how to cook and my mom doesn’t like to do it very much hahah Sometimes she shows her cook side and prepares delicious meals, but this is once in a while ( maybe this tour will inspire her to different foods)
As we went there in the lunch time, and there are restaurants known for its pie and its sandwich, we ate there.I don’t actually know the name of the place, because in the plate it was written Terra Mar, but in the menu the name was Hocca Bar, so it’s one of these hahah What matters is that the pie was so tasty! If you are a foreigner or even a brazilian here in Sao Paulo don’t forget to go to Mercadão , you are going to like it 😀

Essa semana eu estou aproveitando tudo que eu posso antes que as minhas aulas começem, assim como minha mãe quer, porque ela vai voltar ao trabalho semana que vem.Então decidimos ir ao Mercadão, um lugar no centro da cidade, aonde podem ser encontrados queijos diferentes, vinhos, temperos , bom tudo que tem haver com cozinhar ( na verdade, eu também encontrei uma loja de acessórios e uma de souveniers).
É engraçado que fomos lá, porque eu não sei cozinhar e minha mãe não gosta muito hahah Ás vezes ela mostra o seu lado cozinheira e prepara pratos delicioso, mas uma vez por ano ( talvez esse passeio vá inspirá-la a fazer comidas diferentes)
Como fomos na hora do almoço, e lá há restaurantes conhecidos pelo seu pastel e sanduíche,nós comemos lá.Eu não sei o nome do lugar na verdade, porque na placa estava escrito Terra Mar, mas no cardápio estava Hocca Bar, então é um desses hahah O que importa é que o pastel estava delicioso! Se você é um estrangeiro ou até mesmo um brasileiro aqui em São Paulo, não se esqueça de ir no Mercadão, você vai gostar 😀
